Smart Start to Money Course For Students Age 14-16
This dynamic three-day program enables teenagers to understand vital personal finance, saving, and investing principles knowledge that will empower them for a future of successful financial management. Students learn skills in banking, budgeting, and being a wise consumer, as well as how to avoid the overuse of credit.
Smart Start to Money participants enjoy demonstrations, games, contests, and activities where they team up to create and present "mock" investing portfolios to a panel of experts. Jump Start to Money Workshop For Students Age 12-14
This one-day workshop for younger teenagers introduces the basic concepts of managing money wisely. Students gain insight into the ways in which our thinking about money is shaped by the world around us, especially by advertising.
This workshop features exciting small group activities in which students to explore the importance of making smart money decisions. Students gain a new understanding of the possible long-term effects of their financial decisions, as well as the inspiration to handle money more responsibly.
The Game of Money For Students Age 8-11
This one- or two-day program allows pupils to explore the world of money in a fun, practical, and cross-curricular way. The Game of Money guides students through making spending decisions, understanding the value of money, and discovering the benefits of saving.
Students also study the impact of advertising, learn about savings accounts, and practice using currency exchange rates to compare product prices. Through teamwork and problem solving, pupils learn to use financial terms correctly and recognize the impact money has on their lives.
